How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Approval & Instructions – Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the shipping address. 

3. Ship the Product – Securely package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

If exchanging, we will ship the replacement product after the returned item is received and verified.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
